Shipping and refunds
Shipping
Orders will be shipped via Australia Post using standard mail or Amarex (depending on the location being shipped to).
We process orders either on the day of transaction or the day after, and if we are unable to for whatever reason, we will be in touch.
All orders take generally fewer than five days to be delivered and can be tracked.
Delivery charges are additional to the accumulated price of orders at checkout. However, if orders are over $90, delivery is free (this is on top of the 10% such an order would receive).

Refunds and returns
We aren’t fine fellows for nothing and would like nothing more than your complete satisfaction.
Thus, we will happily refund or replace any product ordered if:
· the product received isn’t the product ordered;
· the product has been damaged during transit;
· or the product proves faulty within 14 days of being received (if applicable).
(Please note equipment and accessories are covered by statutory manufacturers’ warranties)
Should it be necessary to return a product to us for the above reasons, please pack it safely in the original packaging before posting it. (Unfortunately, the sender will be held liable for any damages to the product that happens during return shipping).
