Description
Ethiopia is the birthplace of Arabica coffee. And it continues to be a favourite for roasters throughout the world. The coffee still grows wild in the mountain forests in a variety of regions throughout the country, and while coffees from the region of Djimma play an important role in espresso blending, there are some sublime single origins that should be drunk in their own right for people to appreciate the wonderful berry fruit and floral nuances that make Ethiopian coffees unique.
In contrast to our Classico Italiano these coffees are roasted on the lighter side, a medium roast, to retain as much of its inherent fruit and floral characteristics as possible. It’s an amazing coffee in the filter or plunger.
