Since taking over our stall at the Nundah and Kuraby Markets in Brisbane, young Aiden, while studying Physiotherapy, has surprised, and delighted, many with some of the best coffee in Brisbane (seriously, if not Australia) using this Pompei Izzo lever machine from Naples and wood-fired coffee from us.
It’s not until I go back to his stall and try an espresso through his machine that I realise why I started in the coffee biz some fifteen years ago: big bodied short coffees with amazing depth of flavour without that overwhelming acidity. Well done mate.
